We only allow contributors to upload a "lo-fi" MP3 file on our server due to space limitations. We require that you keep this file under 800K.

If you wish to provide a "hi-fi" MP3, that is optional. To do so, you can enter an off site link to your MP3's.

If you don't have your own website, consider using an MP3 host like IUMA.com. 

Anyway, the bottom line is that all we need is the lo-fi version and we've found that users prefer a version that they can stream over low bandwidth and the prefer to get it without having to navigate to another website.
